At Nomad Safari, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
Cancellation 48 Hours or More Before the Excursion
- 50% of the total excursion cost will be charged.
- The remaining balance will be refunded if applicable.
A 100% charge will apply in case of:
- Cancellation in 24 Hours or Less
- Failure to attend the excursion
- Late arrival resulting in missed departure
Amendments & Changes
- Changes to booking dates or guest details are subject to availability.
- Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the activity.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the activity from operating safely
- Government restrictions or force majeure events
In such cases, guests may be offered:
- A full refund, or an alternative date
Late Arrivals
- Guests who arrive late or miss the pick-up time may not be able to join the tour.
- This will be treated as a no-show, and charges will apply accordingly.
Voucher Requirement
- Guests must present a valid booking voucher before the activity.
- Failure to provide a voucher may result in denied participation without refund.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
