By booking any excursion with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.
- Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information during booking.
- Some excursions may require advance payment or deposit confirmation.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
- Prices are listed in the agreed currency and may change without prior notice.
- Full payment may be required before the excursion starts.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellation
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the excursion may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on the activity.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the excursion are generally non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
Company Cancellation
- Nomad Safari reserves the right to cancel or reschedule excursions due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Operational issues
In such cases, customers will receive either:
- An alternative date/activity, or
- A full refund.
4. Health & Safety
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in excursions.
- Certain activities may not be suitable for:
- Pregnant women
- Guests with heart conditions
- Guests with back or mobility problems
- Customers must follow all instructions provided by guides, drivers, captains, and staff members.
- Nomad Safari is not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe behaviour or failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance covering:
- Excursions and activities
- Medical emergencies
- Personal accidents
- Lost belongings
6. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during excursions.
Nomad Safari is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7. Excursion Changes
Excursion itineraries, schedules, pickup times, or routes may change due to operational or weather conditions without prior notice.
8. Liability Limitation
- Participation in excursions and adventure activities is at the customer’s own risk.
- Nomad Safari acts as an organiser and service provider and shall not be held liable for:
- Force majeure events
- Weather disruptions
- Government actions
- Delays caused by third parties
9. Photography & Media
During excursions, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform our team in advance.
10. Environmental Responsibility
We encourage all guests to respect nature, marine life, deserts, and local culture in Sharm El Sheikh.
Any harmful or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the excursion without refund.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Egypt.
